Our no-code platform creates bi-directional connections between Jira and any othertool, supporting both on-premise and cloud instances.
When a ServiceNow incident meets severity or SLA threshold criteria that require immediate on-call engineer engagement, ZigiOps can automatically trigger a PagerDuty escalation, ensuring the right responder is notified and engaged without manual intervention from the service desk team. This bidirectional flow between ITSM and on-call management ensures that high-priority incidents do not sit in a queue waiting for manual escalation, reducing mean time to acknowledge and enabling faster response for business-critical disruptions. As the on-call team resolves the incident in PagerDuty, resolution status is synchronized back to ServiceNow, keeping the ITSM record current and audit-ready throughout the response process.
When PagerDuty triggers an on-call incident based on a monitoring alert or escalation policy, ZigiOps automatically creates a corresponding ServiceNow incident with all relevant on-call context mapped across, including incident severity, affected service, triggered alert details, and assigned responder. This ensures that every PagerDuty-triggered incident enters the formal ITSM process immediately, enabling ITSM teams to track, report, and manage on-call incidents alongside all other service disruptions without manual ticket creation. Incident resolution in PagerDuty can also trigger automatic updates or closure of the linked ServiceNow record, keeping both platforms aligned throughout the full incident lifecycle.
How the Integration Works
Start Syncing Data
Activate your integration and watch your data flow between systems in real time. Monitor sync status, review logs, and fine-tune settings as needed — all from a single UI.
Customise Your Integration
Tailor the integration to your exact needs using the no-code visual interface. Map fields across systems — ZigiOps supports text, numeric, date, dropdown, multi-select, checkbox, user/assignee, attachment, and custom fields.
Set sync direction (one-way or bidirectional), define filters to control which records sync, configure conflict resolution rules, and apply value transformations to ensure data consistency between platforms.
Choose an Integration Template
Select from a library of pre-built integration templates designed for the most common use cases. Each template comes with preexisting field mappings, filters, and sync rules ready to go.
Simply click "Enable" and the integration will start.
Connect Your Systems
Configure the connection to your source and target systems in ZigiOps.
Authentication is supported via basic credentials or OAuth, depending on the platform. We recommend creating a dedicated user account for ZigiOps to ensure clean audit trails and easier troubleshooting. The required permissions for this user will vary based on your specific integration use case.
Install ZigiOps or Login for SaaS
Download and install the ZigiOps integration platform on your preferred environment — on-premise or cloud.
The setup takes just a few minutes with no coding required.
