Remedy Azure DevOps Integration video
Azure DevOps work items triggering new BMC Remedy incidents
In this video, we walk you through the process of integrating Azure DevOps with BMC Remedy using ZigiOps — a no-code integration platform designed for real-time, bi-directional data flow.
Step 1: Log in to ZigiOps
Access the ZigiOps UI and start by logging into your account.
Step 2: Connect Azure DevOps
From the Connected Systems menu, select Azure DevOps.
Enter the required connection details:
- Organization URL
- Username
- Personal Access Token
Save the configuration once all credentials are entered.
Step 3: Connect BMC Remedy
Repeat the same process for BMC Remedy.
Provide the Remedy-specific parameters and save the configuration.
Step 4: Define the Integration
Add both connected systems to your integration setup.
Each integration can include one or more operations, each with its own trigger conditions and field mapping.
Step 5: Enable the Integration
Activate the integration by toggling the operation switch.
Step 6: Test the Workflow
Create a new task in Azure DevOps.
After saving it, ZigiOps automatically transfers it as a new incident in BMC Remedy.
Step 7: Bi-Directional Sync in Action
Update the task in Azure DevOps — the changes (fields and comments) will reflect in the corresponding Remedy incident.
Likewise, updates in Remedy will sync back to the Azure DevOps task in real time.
ZigiOps enables seamless integration between ITSM and DevOps platforms — with no coding, no delays, and full flexibility.
