In this video, we introduce the enhanced ZigiOps UI and integration wizard, designed to simplify the entire configuration process and provide a seamless experience for setting up and managing integrations. Whether you're a DevOps engineer, system administrator, or ITSM lead, ZigiOps makes it easy to build powerful automations with no coding required.

ZigiOps serves as a flexible B2B integration platform and advanced data integration software, enabling seamless connectivity across tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Micro Focus OpsBridge, Salesforce, Azure DevOps, and many more.

Step-by-Step: Building Integrations with ZigiOps

Step 1: Log into the ZigiOps UI

Access the updated ZigiOps interface, where you'll see your active integrations, system status, and user activity through a comprehensive dashboard.

Step 2: Connect Your Systems

Go to the Connected Systems section. Select from dozens of supported platforms and provide the required credentials (URL, username, password, etc.).
▶ Example: Connect ServiceNow and Jira as the source and target systems.

Step 3: Choose a Template or Start from Scratch

Navigate to the Configurator. You can:

  • Use predefined templates (ready with common actions, conditions, and mappings), or
  • Build a custom integration from a blank template to suit your unique use case.

Step 4: Define Source and Target Entities

Set your target system, select the entity (e.g., ServiceNow Incident table), and define the initial action (Create, Update, Query, etc.).
▶ Example: When a Jira task is created, ZigiOps sends it to ServiceNow as a new incident.

Step 5: Set Trigger Type and Conditions

Choose between Listener (event-based) or Poller (time-based).
Configure filters to ensure only relevant data is collected. Use expressions to dynamically manage time, values, or text conditions.

Step 6: Configure Field Mapping

Map values from the source (e.g., Jira) to destination fields (e.g., ServiceNow).

  • Use hardcoded values, dynamic variables, or ZigiOps expressions.
  • Enable conditional mappings to handle complex logic (e.g., map Jira priority “High” to ServiceNow urgency “3”).

Step 7: Configure Correlation Settings

Establish correlation logic to manage how updates sync across both systems. Choose where to store identifiers (e.g., Jira key in ServiceNow's correlation ID field and vice versa).

Step 8: Finalize and Save Your Integration

Review your configuration and save it. All actions, filters, mappings, and conditions can be modified later.

Step 9: Enable and Monitor Execution

Once enabled, ZigiOps starts executing actions automatically. Track every integration action and view detailed logs in the execution section.

Key Features of the New ZigiOps UI:

  • Modern UX: Clean and intuitive design for faster configuration
  • Integration Wizard: Visual step-by-step setup
  • Predefined Templates: Quick launch for common use cases
  • Custom Integrations: Full control over logic and data flow
  • Expression Engine: Conditional logic without code
  • Field Mapping Editor: Visual field-level customization
  • Correlation Handling: Robust sync logic for bi-directional integrations
  • Export/Import Capabilities: Transfer configs between test and production environments

ZigiOps is more than just a data integration tool — it's an enterprise-grade data integration platform that supports complex automation scenarios while keeping configuration simple and intuitive.
