Dynatrace Agents have found disks and services that do not exist in the OPTIC DL database but need to be there. ZigiOps takes the respective data and reports it to OPTIC DL, enriching the database with metrics from Dynatrace. The integration platform performs regular checks to keep these metrics up to date.
ZigiOps collects all types of metrics (like network metrics, disk metrics, application by user type, application by browser type, host metrics, service metrics, etc.) from Dynatrace and reports them to OPTIC DL with related details and other desired information.
All respective server/host data is logged, so the metrics can be used for analysis and reports. You can visualize the data from different applications such as performance dashboards or business value dashboards in a single place.
Dynatrace Discovery detects applications, services, processes, or hosts missing in the VMware vRealize Operations (vROps) database core. They, however, must be monitored. ZigiOps comes in and collects all the relevant host data and instantly transfers it to vROps. With this, the existing topology information in the systems gets enriched. ZigiOps also keeps topology up to date with regular checks in case there are changes in any of the two systems.
ZigiOps also helps with collecting Dynatrace metrics and logs them straight into VMware vRealize Operations along with all related host information. This way, the metrics are accessible at any time and from any place in vROps.
Dynatrace Agents discover servers that are not present in the ServiceNow database. However, they need to be. In this case, ZigiOps steps in and extracts the server information. The data gets reported to the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This action significantly enriches the existing topology information with data from Dynatrace. Thanks to ZigiOps' bi-directional integration between Dynatrace and ServiceNow, the topology is kept up to date.
In case of missing Problems and logs from ServiceNow's database, ZigiOps collects them and transfers them into ServiceNow as Incidents. It syncs related host details and other information, as well. ZigiOps sends back all relevant information from ServiceNow Incidents to Dynatrace Problems as comments. Our Dynatrace ServiceNow integration is bi-directional and keeps both systems up-to-date at all times.
Dynatrace Agents find servers which are not present in the OpsBridge database, yet they need to be monitored. The ZigiOps integration platform steps in. The tool collects the information and transfers it directly into the OpsBridge RTSM. This enriches the topology with data from Dynatrace. ZigiOps performs regular checks for any changes in any of the integrated systems to keep all topology up to date.
In another case, the tech team finds information (Problems) present in Dynatarce that is missing in OpsBrige's database. ZigiOps comes in and collects Dynatrace's Problems. Then, it directs them to OpsBridge as Events, along with all the related host details and other information.
ZigiOps can also extract metrics from Dynatrace. ZigiOps then reports those metrics to the MF Operations Connector with the related server and host information. As a result, the collected data is accessible via the OpsBridge Performance Perspective tool.
ZigiOps enables bi-directional integration between Dynatrace and OpsBridge to keep both systems always coordinated.
This integration is geared towards teams who are using Dynatrace to monitor the performance of their applications, and need to be able to forward problems to Jira Service Management seamlessly.
ZigiOps collects Dynatrace Problems and reports them to Jira Service Management as Incidents. The related host details and other information are synchronized between the two systems.
The relevant information from the Jira Service Management Incidents is returned to the Dynatrace Problem in the form of comments.
With ZigiOps, you can easily sync your monitoring, ITSM, and SRE teams by syncing xMatters and Dynatrace.
ZigiOps collects Dynatrace Problems and logs them in xMatters as Events with all related information.
The platform also supports back-sync between xMatters and Dynatrace and returns all relevant information from the xMatters Events to the Dynatrace Problems as comments.
