When Prometheus Alertmanager fires an alert based on a defined rule, such as a high error rate, resource saturation, or service unavailability, ZigiOps automatically creates a structured ServiceNow incident with all relevant alert metadata mapped across, including alert name, severity, affected labels, and firing conditions. IT operations teams receive actionable incident records in ServiceNow immediately, without requiring anyone to manually monitor the Alertmanager console or translate alerts into ITSM tickets. Set sync direction (one-way or bidirectional), define filters to control which records sync, configure conflict resolution rules, and apply value transformations to ensure data consistency between platforms.
