When Prometheus Alertmanager fires an alert based on a defined rule, such as a high error rate, resource saturation, or service unavailability, ZigiOps automatically creates a structured ServiceNow incident with all relevant alert metadata mapped across, including alert name, severity, affected labels, and firing conditions.
