  • Once clicked, ZigiOps analyzes the error details (system type, URL, proxy settings, authentication type, and full error message) to suggest a possible root cause of the issue and way to fix it instantly.

The result is shown directly inside ZigiOps in a scrollable box beneath the error, guiding the user through troubleshooting without leaving the platform.

For example:

  • If the error is an HTTP 401 Unauthorized while connecting to ServiceNow, the AI might suggest checking the credentials, confirming URL reachability, or testing network connectivity.
  • If the issue cannot be clearly diagnosed, the assistant advises contacting the ZigiWave Support Team through the official portal or email.
