Integration Engineer

ZigiWave is an independent software vendor based in Sofia. Our product is an integration platform that connects the most commonly used enterprise tools in ITSM, ITOM, APM and DevOps. For our team we are now hiring a Integration Engineer who will be part of an international, cross-functional environment that encourages new ideas and provides ample opportunities for career evolution. The Integration Engineer participates actively in the research, technical design and development for our product expansions, focusing on technologies like REST API, ETL, Algorithms, DevOps, AWS Cloud, CI/CD, AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Integration design, including research on third party IT Management software products
  • Building integration specifications for the development
  • Develop integration specifications on ZigiWave SDK and JavaScript
  • Internal acceptance testing of new product content
  • Deployment of test environments in the local lab
  • Troubleshooting and solving technical problems
  • Bug reporting and fixing

Requirements

  • Fluent English - both written and spoken
  • 1+ year of experience with JavaScript
  • Good understanding of HTTP protocol
  • Knowledge on OS, Networking, Web Applications etc.
  • Basic understanding of database queries
  • Basic JavaScript
