What you’ll learn in this guide:

Step 1 – Installing ZigiOps

Deploy ZigiOps in minutes — choose either the on-prem or cloud version.
Once you log in, the Dashboard offers a clear overview of your connected systems, integration status, and license usage.

Step 2 – Connecting Jira and BMC Remedy

Navigate to the Connected Systems section to link Jira and BMC Remedy by entering:

• Instance URLs

• User credentials (username & password)
