If the DevOps team uses Jira and the monitoring department OpsBridge, connecting the two with ZigiOps will allow fast and secure transfer of events and incidents.  

Whenever the OpsBridge system detects and collects events that need further investigation and resolution, ZigiOps (acting as a connector server) fetches them and sends them directly to Jira.  

When connected via ZigiOps, the platform can actively listen for newly transferred OBM events. The collected data is then transformed by the initial filed mapping configuration and instantly appears in Jira as a newly created task.  

ZigiOps provides the ability for dynamic forwarding data requests of the already transferred OBM events like stats, severity, assigned users, and assignment group attributes at the corresponding incidents created in Jira. The tool can also return all the before-mentioned data to the OBM events, keeping the two connected systems synced in real time.  

Updating OBM events is also possible. ZigiOps can be customized to poll Jira task updates and comments on a predefined time interval and send the accumulated data back to the corresponding OBM events with the Jira tasks updates and comments.
